Four circles, two of them concentric and turning in steps of 180°, the others turning in steps of 90°.

TriFon is a 2D puzzle with a moving hole. It consists of three circles with 3 tiles in each and one empty space for the puzzle. Every circle can rotate arbitrarily so the hole has 6 positions inside the circles.
